Our vendor network includes a diverse range of businesses, from large national companies to small local shops, all offering various maintenance and repair services. 

To become a part of our vendor network, we evaluate the following criteria for each applicant:

• Quality of Work: We partner only with vendors who deliver exceptional craftsmanship in their field.
• Fair Market Pricing: We seek vendors who offer competitive, fair, and transparent pricing.
• Timeliness: To ensure our tenants receive prompt service, we ask all vendors to respond within 24 business hours for non-emergency issues and immediately for emergencies.
• Licensing & Insurance: We require proof of insurance (including workers’ compensation and liability) and any necessary industry-specific licenses.
